Team Seattle Member! |

TS would
like to announce our latest addition to the team: Dave
(Cracker).
Cracker was unanimoulsly voted in at the TS meeting on
Sunday, May 5th. His strongpoint is fast,
stamina-busting songs, and his best mix is definitely
DDR Max (probably from playing it every day for the
past 4+ months). He is the only person in the area who
has completed both Max300 and Candy as extra stages,
and he can AA every song on DDR Max without even
having to concentrate. One of Cracker's most amusing
traits is how whenever he doesn't tie or beat his
record on a particular DDR song, he complains about
how horrible he just played. :) But don't make him
angry or he'll tell you, "YOU'RE OFF THE
TEAM!"

Magic 3 Tournament is in 10 days! |

Well,
May is finally here. Konamix
is out, DDR Max2 machines are popping up all over
the place, and all is at peace in the DDR community.
That is, of course, until those few days before DDR
Magic 3 come along and everyone is stressed out
getting that last minute practicing in before the
tourney.
Remember, DDR
Magic 3 (sponsored by RedOctane)
will be on Saturday, May 11th at Illusionz
in Issaquah, WA.
For those who haven't been paying attention to the
boards, the potential qualifying songs for the basic
and maniac divisions have been announced:
For the basic division, two of the following four
songs will be chosen on the day of the tournament, and
players may choose which one they want to qualify
with:
Healing Vision (Angelic Mix) -
LIGHT
Do You Remember Me - STANDARD
Let The Beat Hit 'Em! - STANDARD
Twilight Zone - STANDARD
For the maniac division, two of the following
six songs will be chosen on the day of the tournament,
and players may choose which one they want to qualify
with:
Healing Vision (Angelic Mix) -
STANDARD
Bye Bye Baby Balloon -
HEAVY
Cowgirl - HEAVY
Highs Off You - HEAVY
On The Jazz - HEAVY
Ordinary World - HEAVY
NOTE: All qualifying round songs will be played
with the FREEZE ARROWS DISABLED.
